Promotional $100 gift cards/certificates are available for New Patients ONLY for full-price treatment purchases over $250. Patient must present physical card/certificate. Promotional discount cannot be applied if the card/certificate is not present. Gift card/certificate can only be used at patient’s FIRST appointment. New patients are REQUIRED to place a $100 non-refundable deposit and card on file to book. Promotional gift card/certificate cannot be applied to the deposit.

Promotional $100 gift cards cannot be applied toward any retail products.

Promotional gift $100 gift cards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, such as existing discounted packages or Beauty Bank Membership prices.

Promotional $100 gift cards hold NO CASH VALUE and cannot be redeemed for cash.
