If you’ve been searching for a non-invasive procedure that improves the appearance of the skin on the face, neck, or hands, you may want to consider the benefits of chemical peels. These treatments use a carefully selected combination of different healing chemicals to cleanse, exfoliate, and rejuvenate the skin.
At Windermere Dental & Medical Spa, we’re proud to offer our patients access to a comprehensive range of chemical peels to address their unique skin concerns. If you’d like more information about the peels we offer or are interested in scheduling a consultation appointment, contact us today!
LIGHT, MEDIUM, AND DEEP PEELS
Because we know that all of our clients are different, Windermere Dental & Medical Spa offers our peels in light, medium, and deep varieties.
- Light peel: Also known as a superficial peel, light chemical peels subtly refresh the skin and leave it slightly smoother and more radiant. These peels typically involve minimal to no downtime and peeling.
- Medium peel: Medium peels can be used to correct moderate wrinkles, fine lines, and sun damage in a significant manner. While these peels bring patients more noticeable, long-lasting results, they do involve longer downtimes and more extensive peeling.
- Deep peel: The most extensive type of peel available at our practice, deep peels can be used to improve the appearance of deep fine lines, wrinkles and severe sun damage. While these peels feature the longest downtime and most extensive peeling, they bring patients beautiful, long-lasting improvements in the overall appearance, texture, and health of their skin.
The VI Peel® is the ideal chemical peel for patients interested in improving skin tone, skin texture, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, acne scars, and enlarged pores that come with age. This comprehensive peel is safe for all skin types, and features little to no downtime or discomfort.
The Trichloroacetic acid peel, or TCA peel for short, is a medium strength chemical peel used to improve the appearance of skin discoloration, sun damage, fine lines, and uneven skin texture. Because this peel is stronger than some of our other treatment options, patients should expect to experience about a week of downtime.
Patients interested in addressing blemishes, sun damage, melasma, hyperpigmentation, oily skin, enlarged pores, or signs of aging may want to consider the benefits of a PCA Peel®. Each PCA Peel® is formulated to address your particular concerns and treatment goals, and brings beautiful results without extensive downtime or post-treatment discomfort.
With the SkinMedica® created Vitalize Peel®, patients can soften mild skin imperfections and achieve beautiful, radiant skin with minimal downtime. While some improvements can be seen after one treatment, we typically recommend that patients undergo between three and six peels for optimal results.
ADVANCED CORRECTIVE PEEL
Created by SkinCeuticals, the Advanced Corrective Peel is formulated with a comprehensive blend of medical-grade ingredients. This peel can be used to improve the appearance of discoloration, uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, and overall skin tone.
