Her leadership and expertise are an example of the pinnacle of excellence in the field of Medical Aesthetics. With over 13 years of invaluable experience, PA Kennedy possesses a profound understanding of the intricacies of facial aesthetics and strives to provide only excellence to her practice. Renowned for her meticulous and safe practices, she consistently delivers natural-looking results that enhance your overall appearance in a subtle yet impactful way. PA Kennedy’s approach to aesthetics revolves around the concept of “facial micro-optimization,” where she skillfully employs minor adjustments to optimize your facial features, ensuring a harmonious and balanced outcome.
Her career has brought her to be consistently recognized by the top companies and organizations in aesthetic medicine. She has been accredited by A4M for her expertise in integrative and anti-aging medicine, and she was hand-selected as a national GAIN trainer for Galderma, a prestigious honor. In 2019, PA Kennedy was invited to join Galderma’s elite advisory board at their manufacturing warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden, being one of the exclusive 15 practitioners worldwide chosen to serve on the board for the launch of Restylane Kysse™ in the United States. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to visit Galderma’s headquarters, warehouse, and manufacturing plant in Uppsala, Sweden, where she trained alongside the renowned injector Julie Horne to master advanced lip techniques. These experiences solidify her influence in shaping the future of the aesthetic industry.
As a founding member of the American Safety Council for Medical Spas, PA Kennedy actively contributes to shaping regulations and advising on laws governing medical spas across the United States. Her dedication to creating a safe environment and fostering ethical business practices benefits patients nationwide, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind throughout their aesthetic journeys. She collaborates with top plastic surgeons, integrative family physicians, dermatologists, and like-minded aesthetic providers through advisory boards, on-stage lectures, and peer-to-peer trainings across the country, showcasing her dedication to advancing the field and ensuring the highest standards of patient care, artistry, education, and safety in aesthetic and wellness medicine.

While she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to her profession, PA Kennedy finds solace and joy in spending quality time with her husband, daughter Elle, and two sons: Ethan and Jaxon. She leads an active lifestyle that includes cycling, weightlifting, cooking, meditation, and cherished family trips to Disney and West Palm Beach. She exemplifies the importance of maintaining a harmonious and fulfilling personal life alongside her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional and safe aesthetic procedures.

Medical Director – Dr. Kapil Saigal, MD, FACS
Dr. Saigal is a dual board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon whose training, credentials and experience reflect his commitment to meeting the highest standards of clinical care for his patients.
He graduated with honors from The University of Miami School of Medicine and subsequently completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Head and Neck Surgery at the prestigious Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. After completing his residency, he pursued fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York and was a member of the faculty during his tenure there.
Dr. Saigal left his position at Mt. Sinai in 2009 to work in private practice in Long Island, New York. Here he has provided highly specialized care as a surgeon dedicating his practice to reconstructive, functional, and cosmetic surgery of the nose, face and neck.
In 2016 – after 20 years away – Dr. Saigal returned to his hometown of Winter Park, FL to serve the Central Florida community. In addition to his clinical responsibilities he also serves as an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
Here he provides exceptional medical and surgical specialty-specific care, and he continues to fly monthly to New York to perform complex surgical procedures for an aesthetic practice which he maintains in New Hyde Park, Long Island.
He has a large extended family in Orlando, and he loves living here with his wife Anu, who is a Breast Surgical Oncologist, and their 3 sons.
